Is it safe to purchase my order online?

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and eCheck through PayPal, or money order and cashier checks with item description through mail.
Will I have to pay tax?
You will need to pay 8.25% sales tax if you are a Texas resident. Out-of-state customers do not require to pay sale tax.
How will I know if my order was submitted or shipped?
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order with providing us a valid e-mail address:
*The first confirm email shows your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail is sent by PayPal once the transaction is completed.
*The second email will show your order has been shipped (tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive when your order is shipped.
If we have any problems with your order, we will contact you via email or by telephone within 24 hours.
Can I Cancel my order after placing my order?
We process all our orders immediately after your order has been submitted to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel your order, please email us or contact us immediately to check if your order has been processed. If your order has been processed, we cannot cancel your order.
Can I return items?
Yes, please follow our Return Policy and contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to get a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA) for full refund less shipping charges, or 30 days for 15% fee less shipping charges on returns. Can I Exchange for another Item?
Sorry, we no longer accept exchanges.
Are On Sale Items Returnable?
Sorry, all of our On Sale items are non returnable due to the low prices being offered.

Sorry, we no longer have customer service agents answering calls during normal business hours. Your "Ship To" address must be the same as your credit card billing address. If you wish to ship the product to a different address, you must call your credit card company to add additional "Alternate Ship to" addresses.Incorrect information may cause a delay in your order or even cancellation of your order. |

Returns
To ensure our competitive prices, 1trendyaccessory.com is dedicated to a strict return policy. If for any reason, you are not happy with the merchandise you receive, you can send the product back to 1trendyaccessory.com. To be eligible for a full refund less the shipping charges on regular priced merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All orders wished to be returned within 30 days of receiving must also contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and will be charged a 15% fee of the item purchased less shipping charges. All orders must be received at our facility within 10 days of issuing the RMA number. Sorry we no longer accept exchanges or store credits. If you find anything wrong with your package or merchandise received, please contact us immediately.
On Sale Items are not eligible for returns (Please check item descriptions for more details).
*We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized and the package will be returned to the sender at their own expense and a fee will be applied.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (No Exceptions)
3 DAYS:
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for a full refund less shipping charges. (Tax will be refunded as well for all CA residents) *Any returns within 30 days that have used our special promotion coupons will not be valid and will be applied to your return.
30 DAYS:
Items returned within 30 days of receiving merchandise will be charged a 15% fee of purchased item less shipping charges (Tax will be refunded as well for all CA residents) *Any returns within 30 days that have used our special promotion coupons will not be valid and will be applied to your return.
10 DAYS OF SHIPPING RETURNS:
All returns must be received at our facility no later than 10 calendar days of receiving a RMA number.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Contact our Customer Care department at:info@1trendyaccessory.com Write an e-mail to info@1trendyaccessory.com to request authorization prior to return or click on "Live Help" on the website and request a RMA number.
You will be given a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany the item(s) being returned.
All product being returned must be authorized by a customer service agent and accompanied by a referenced RMA # on the return packing list clearly written on the box.
*We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized and the package will be returned to the sender at their own expense and a fee will be applied (No Exceptions)*
DOCUMENTATION:
The Merchandise Return Form must accompany your returned item(s) in order for 1trendyaccessory.com to process your refund. You can find the Merchandise Return Form in the package you received from 1trendyaccessory.com or contact our us via email to obtain a Merchandise Return Form.
GOOD CONDITION:
All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before product can be accepted for a refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (original authenticity cards, tags, cases, boxes or dust bags), parts and accessories to insure full refund. If anything is missing, not returned, or has any indications of use or orders (cigar, cigarette, or masking of odors from perfume or fragrances) we will not accept the return and merchandise will be shipped back to customer at their expense. No Exceptions.
WHEN REFUNDS ARE ISSUED:
Refund are processed within 5 business days and credits may take up to 15 days to appear on the statement of your credit card; that’s depend on the type of credit card used or on your bank. We may instead of issuing a credit card refund, we may choose to send you a refund check in the mail. We will email you the status of your refund once we receive your merchandise.
INTRUSTIONS FOR RETURNS
Refund Guidelines (less shipping charges): Pack your merchandise in a box suitable for shipping. (Please use the same box shipped to you)
Complete the Return Merchandise Form and include this form inside the box. Please email our Customer Service Dept at info@1trendyaccessory.com prior to shipping to obtain the RMA number. You may also click on the "Live Help" located on the website and fill out the information requesting a RMA number. Please write the RMA number on the upper right hand corner of the Return Merchandise Form.
You must also write the RMA number on the top of the shipping box. (if RMA number is not written on the top of the shipping box, your return will not be accepted and will be automatically returned back to you at your own expense)
You must contact info@1trendyaccessory.com customer service by email or "Live Help" within 3 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund, 30 days for a 15% return fee (all items must be receive within 10 business days after receiving a RMA number)
All Items must be new and unused with all the original packaging, authenticity cards/labels, and paperwork.
All Returns must be accompanied by the Merchandise Return Form. |

Shipping
Free shipping on all orders over US $100.00!
Free shipping will be automatically applied to orders over US $100.00. No Coupon Code Required!
The UNITED STATES POST OFFICE is our preferred carrier. Occasionally we will use UPS or FEDEX based on the shipping address or the product characteristics.
Some things you should know about shipping:
*We apply an additional $10.00 charge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
*For security reasons, we require a signature on all deliveries. (*We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise. All claims must be filed thru the carrier via USPS, UPS, or FedEx*)
*Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays do not count)
*We do not ship to PO box numbers, FPO, and APO.
*Refusal to pay or accept your order after dispatch and delivery is your responsibility and packages will be returned to the customer. All returns must be authorized and set up with our representatives.
All order are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the order under these conditions.
*A valid phone number has been given.
*A verifiable billing address has been given.
*The order item is in stock.
We ship to anywhere in the United States under the following considerations:
Your shipping address must be verifiable. For your protection, orders can be shipped only to your "Billing" or a verifiable "Alternate Address". If you wish to ship a order to an address other than your billing address, please notify your credit card company of this alternate address prior to placing your order.
